Jo Lagemann

Jo was born and raised in southern Missouri and then moved to Arkansas to attend OT school. Jo enjoys working with upper extremity musculoskeletal and neurological disorders with emphasis on hand and elbow. Jo has advanced training in custom splinting for any hand disorder.
She is an active mom of three children Abigail, Isabella, and Brody and works along side her husband, Derek Lagemann, at PTI. When Jo isn’t coaching or at a practice she enjoys working out and staying active outdoors.
Carla Luttman
OTR/L, CHT

- Certified Hand Therapist since 1998
Carla was born in Walnut Ridge, AR and moved to central Arkansas in 1982 to attend Occupational Therapy School. Carla has a B.S. degree in Occupational Therapy and has advanced training as a Certified Hand Therapist. She enjoys working with simple and complex upper extremity disorders and injuries with emphasis on hand, wrist and elbow.
Carla and husband, Ronnie, have 3 children Hayden, Cameron and Jarrod and enjoy attending school sporting events. Carla and her family are very active in church and her favorite hobby is playing piano.
Rebecca Lincoln
MS, OTR/L

Rebecca grew up in Searcy, AR where she graduated high school from Harding Academy in 2008. After high school, she earned her Bachelor’s of Health Science degree at the University of Central Arkansas. She continued her education at UCA and earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2015. Her passion has always been to help others obtain their goals and return them to their full functional and recreational activities.
In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and two kids, reading, working out, and being outdoors.
