Derek Lageman

Derek’s professional interests include orthopedic care with an emphasis on spinal rehabilitation. He works with all patient populations including professional / collegiate athletes in baseball, basketball, volleyball, swimming, and running. Derek’s professional aspirations include developing PTI into the “go to” rehab center in Central Arkansas along with advancing the Physical Therapy profession within the medical community.

Derek enjoys spending his free time with his wife Jo and their 3 kids Abigail, Isabella, and Brody. When he is not busy coaching the kids in their respected sports he is cheering them on from the sideline. He also stays active with running, and weight lifting.

Chris Long

Chris’s professional interests include ankle / foot treatment along with custom orthotic fabrication, spinal care, and orthopedics.

Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and dog.

Brad Sanders

Brad’s professional interests include hands on care of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine as well as treatment for shoulder, elbow, hip, ankle, knee, and sports injuries. In addition to this, Brad also excels at treat of certain vertigo issues, post motor vehicle accidents, general debility for the geriatric population and fall prevention training. Brad has received post graduate training in manual therapy, kinesiotaping, and IASTM. He plans to complete his orthopedic specialty certification in February of 2017.

In his free time Brad is an avid sports fan. He also enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golfing, and training his chocolate lab.

Casey Schmalzried

Casey is originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Arkansas to attend college at Harding University.   After his undergraduate degree, he moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue a career as an ACSM certified personal trainer with a personal interest in bodybuilding.   Pathology to his lower back brought this dream to a halt but sparked his interest in Physical Therapy.  Casey takes pride in helping his patients overcome the their ailments and take back control of their health.  Currently he is pursuing a certification in Dry Needling.

Casey enjoys watching his daughter Scarlett learn and grow; working out occasionally and thinking he knows enough to DIY around his home.

Greame Higgins

Graeme became interested in PT while volunteering and traveling with the Arkansas Rolling Razorbacks wheelchair basketball team while in middle school.  As a lifelong member of the community of Central Arkansas he is passionate about providing high quality compassionate care with an individual touch to all the patients.  His professional interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, gait analysis/training, balance/postural control training, fall prevention, and community health promotion.

Graeme’s hobbies include playing and watching sports (all kinds!), playing drums, and spending time with friends and family.

Jeff Nolen

Jeff is one a PTI’s home health managers along with patient care responsibilities.   Jeff specializes in geriatric rehabilitation in the home care setting.  He enjoys helping older adults achieve their maximum functional potential and reminds everyone that old does not equal weak.

Jeff currently resides in Maumelle, AR with his wife Rebecca and son Grayson.

Jessica Hammon- Mallory

  • College: BS of Kinesiology- University of Text at Tyler, 2013
  • AAS in Physical Therapist Assistant: Tyler Junior College, 2017

Jessica worked as a physical therapy tech for years until she discovered that physical therapy was her passion.  She finished her schooling to become a Physical Therapist Assistant in May of 2017 and made the move from Texas to Arkansas.  She works full time at the Little Rock location and occasionally fills in at other locations as necessary.

Jessica enjoys baking in her free time and spending time with friends and family.
