PTI is ‘in network’ with most major insurance providers. Our staff can verify your insurance before the first visit, then inform you on your specific rehab benefits. Below is a list of the major insurance providers for which PTI has ‘in network’ status. This list represents the major insurance carriers. PTI is in network with hundreds of smaller insurance companies. We also take care of Worker’s Compensation injuries, along with motor vehicle accidents. On your first visit, PTI requires the patient to fill out a “New Patient Packet” form. Please feel free to fill this out before your first appointment.
PTI will work with all patients if we have an “out of network” status for a given insurance carrier. We also offer a “Private Pay” rate for those who choose not to file under their insurance or don’t have insurance coverage.
