Andrew aids in physical therapy treatment for patients and designs personal training sessions for clients without pathology pending their individual needs. Andrew grew up in Little Rock and enjoys exploring Arkansas, spending time with his wife, Lizzie, and working out.

We have gone to PTI for several years. In the beginning it was for Physical Therapy but then changed to personal training. We drive past probably 6-8 exercise facilities to go to PTI WLR because of the professionalism, experience of our trainer, and that they are aware of what we can and can not do due to previous injuries. Also, our trainer, Andrew, always has a work out plan ready to go! He is prepared and each session builds on the previous session. He knows our weaknesses and improves our strength. Look no more! I started working with Andrew 3 years ago. I wanted to work on my balance and core. Our sessions have been twice a week. Each workout has been intense with good movements and I can tell my core is much stronger and my balance has made major improvements. I would recommend Andrew for his services.

My partner and I started doing personal training with Andrew in Sep 2022. We initially started with twice a day and then moved to three times a week after a few months. We have both seen tremendous results within a short period of time. I have always had poor posture due to flat feet and mild scoliosis, which improved drastically after starting personal training. For the first time I have gotten many compliments on my posture. Andrew has also been great at making recommendations on diet plans and holding us accountable, even when we or he is on vacation! The other big achievement for me was my cholesterol has been on a higher end for the last few years, which for the first year was normal since starting the fitness plan. I was graduating from PT at PTI for a slipped disc, when I first met Andrew. My goals were to lose fat, gain muscle and build a consistent and sustainable exercise routine. I am very pleased with my experience with Andrew being my personal trainer. I will list a few highlights here: 

  1. First & foremost, a net total of ZERO injuries over the course of the training. For someone who was recovering from a slipped disc, this was very important. Andrew made sure to correct my form and give me the appropriate exercises to avoid loading the lumbar spine. I believe this to be the key to my success. 
  2. Andrew has a very amenable personality, which provides a welcoming and safe space for training which ensures consistency. 
  3. Openness to adapt to client’s unique fitness needs and being flexible with their sociocultural background. 
  4. The right balance between kindness (which is Andrew’s true nature) and gentle encouragement so that I push my limits. 

Over the course of one year training two to three times a week, I saw the following results: 

  1. A feeling of overall well being and self confidence in being consistent with a training regimen for over a year. 
  2. Body fat percentage dropped from 22% to 16%. 
  3. Visible muscle gain, more toned look in both upper and lower body, more ‘attention’ from people in general and many compliments! 
  4. Increased lean body mass. 
  5. Increased functionality even in activities of daily living. 

Overall I highly recommend Andrew for his services!

Kathy grew up in Little Rock and has lived in Maumelle for the last 25 years. She enjoys helping clients believe in themselves and their ability to lift. She particularly loves helping women get strong in the gym which results in them being strong in other areas of their lives. Kathy likes working alongside Therapists to bring her clients quality workouts and continue to help them with their progress they made with therapy. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and spending time with her husband, her 2 boys their wives, and friends.
