Derek Lagemann

Derek’s professional interests include orthopedic care with an emphasis on spinal rehabilitation. He works with all patient populations including professional / collegiate athletes in baseball, basketball, volleyball, swimming, and running. Derek’s professional aspirations include developing PTI into the “go to” rehab center in Central Arkansas along with advancing the Physical Therapy profession within the medical community.

Derek enjoys spending his free time with his wife Jo and their 3 kids Abigail, Isabella, and Brody. When he is not busy coaching the kids in their respected sports he is cheering them on from the sideline. He also stays active with running, and weight lifting.

Chris Long

Chris’s professional interests include ankle / foot treatment along with custom orthotic fabrication, spinal care, and orthopedics.

Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and dog.

Brad Sanders

Brad attended the University of Central Arkansas for both undergraduate and graduate school, earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2014. His professional interests include manual therapy and dry needle treatment of neck, back, and shoulder pain. Brad also serves as PTI’s clinical education coordinator for local Physical Therapy Schools.

In his free time Brad enjoys hanging out with his wife, two daughters, working out, playing golf, hunting and the outdoors.

Greame Higgins

As a lifelong member of the community of Central Arkansas he is passionate about providing high quality compassionate care with an individual touch to all the patients. He believes that education is the key to patients being empowered to take control of their health. His professional interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, spinal rehabilitation for neck and back pain, gait analysis/training, balance/postural control training, fall prevention, community health promotion, and is a certified practitioner of Integrated Dry Needling.

Graeme’s hobbies include playing and watching sports (all kinds!), distance running, playing drums, and spending time with friends and family.

Jeff Nolen

Jeff is one a PTI’s home health managers along with patient care responsibilities.   Jeff specializes in geriatric rehabilitation in the home care setting.  He enjoys helping older adults achieve their maximum functional potential and reminds everyone that old does not equal weak.

Jeff currently resides in Maumelle, AR with his wife Rebecca and two sons.

Katie Dailey

PTA

Katie has been a PTA for 13 years. She began with a certification in massage therapy in 2004, then went on to earn an associate degree in PTA in 2006 from Southwestern Illinois College. After graduation, she spent four years working in orthopedic rehab and aquatic therapy in Alton, IL. In 2010, she relocated to Little Rock to be closer to family and spent her first 8 years there focusing on spine related in the outpatient setting. Katie began working for PTI in December of 2018 and says “It’s always been my goal to help people improve themselves through exercise and self-awareness.” When she’s not at work, she enjoys family time with her husband and two sons, as well as cooking and baking. Katie enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering for the local charter school and church.

Leslyn Graves

Leslyn’s professional interests include orthopedic care, sport injury and spine rehabilitation. After graduating from UCA in 2017 she received further training in dry needling and manual therapy.

In her free time, Leslyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves being outdoors and playing sports, she has recently taken up tennis.

Matt Lincoln

Matt was born and raised in Searcy, AR where he attended undergraduate at Harding University. He has always had a passion for sports and enjoys getting individuals back to doing what they love. Matt received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas and has focused his interests on orthopedic/sports injuries and spine rehabilitation using a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and dry needling.

In his free time Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, golfing, duck hunting, and cheering on the Hogs.

Anfernee Hawkins

Anfernee was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. He’s always had a strong passion for exercise and helping people become the best versions of themselves. Physical Therapy was the perfect match. Interested in orthopedics and manual therapy.

In his free time, Anfernee enjoys working out, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family.

Ryan Smith

Ryan was born in San Diego, CA and moved to Arkansas during high school. He attended the University of Central Arkansas to earn both his Bachelors degree in 2019 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2022. Ryan has always had a passion for helping people so becoming a physical therapist was an easy choice. In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend Brooke, his family, and his friends as well watching the Chargers and Razorbacks.

Marc Corker

In his free time, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife, playing disc golf, basketball, and watching the Razorbacks.

Aaron Gregory

Aaron was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana Tech University for his undergraduate degree before moving to Arkansas for physical therapy school at Harding University.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, weight lifting, watching sports (LSU and New Orleans Saints), going to coffee shops, cooking, and playing video games.

Hannah Andrews

Hannah is originally from Paso Robles, CA. She moved to Mountain Home, AR where she graduated high school in 2009. She attended undergrad at University of Central Arkansas where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. She continued her education at UCA and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. Hannah specializes in Women’s Health and is dry needling certified. She enjoys being outdoors, riding her peloton bike, and spending time at home with her wife, Jordana, and their three dogs!

Jordana Andrews

Jordana grew up in Center Ridge, AR where she attended Nemo Vista High School. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science at University of the Ozarks where she played basketball for four years. Jordana earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of Central Arkansas in 2018 and has worked in a variety of PT settings including outpatient, home health, and with local high school athletic teams. Jordana is Dry Needling certified and also has experience with Blood Flow Restriction therapy. Jordana and her wife, Hannah, live in Greenbrier with their three (yes, three) dogs. They enjoy spending time outdoors, working out, and watching the Hogs!

Britney Corker

In her free time, Britney enjoys lifting weights, hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband Marc.

Cody Dixon

Born and raised in Central Arkansas, Cody developed a passion for health and wellness early in life. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Central Arkansas in 2015, he returned to his alma mater to complete a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2022.

With a strong commitment to helping others regain movement and quality of life, Cody combines evidence-based practice with a patient-centered approach. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time outdoors—whether hiking, camping, or hitting the golf course. As a Razorback fan, Cody maintains a strong sense of optimism and resilience.

Rob Hogue

Rob was born and raised in Conway, Arkansas, and completed both his undergraduate and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees at the University of Central Arkansas. His clinical interests include orthopedic and sports-related injuries, though he is passionate about helping patients of all backgrounds achieve their goals.

Outside of the clinic, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife, Claire, and their son, Nash. He’s an avid golfer, a dedicated sports fan, and always up for any activity that can be enjoyed outdoors.

Elysian Reeder

Elysian was born and raised in Spring, TX. She moved to Arkansas to attend Ouachita Baptist University to pursue a degree in Biology and to be a member of the Ouachita swim team. Elysian then attended the University of Central Arkansas for physical therapy school.

Elysian enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs, working out, reading, and watching the LSU tigers and Detroit Lions in her free time.
